Welcome to the Life With Kat Walsh Shop.
By purchasing from this website, you agree to the following terms. These policies ensure clarity, fairness, and a smooth experience for everyone.


1. General Overview

This shop offers:

  • Print-on-demand physical products (fulfilled by Printful or CustomCat)

  • Digital downloads (such as meditations, audio files, PDFs)

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • Your information is accurate

  • You are authorized to use the payment method

  • You understand that some products are made on-demand and may require production time


2. Shipping

Physical items are produced and shipped directly by Printful or CustomCat, our printing and fulfillment partners.

  • Shipping times vary depending on destination, product type, and Printful and CustomCat’s production times.

  • Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

  • Once a package is handed off to the carrier, delays are outside of our control.

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact support@lifewithkatwalsh.com and we’ll work with Printful or CustomCat to resolve it.


3. Digital Products

Digital items (like meditations or downloadable files) are delivered instantly after purchase.

Please note:

  • All digital products are non-refundable

  • Files are for personal use only

  • Sharing, redistributing, or reselling the files is not permitted

If you have trouble accessing your download, email us at support@lifewithkatwalsh.com — we’ll take care of you.


4. Returns & Refunds

Printful and CustomCat physical products

Because print-on-demand items are made specifically for each order:

  • Returns are not accepted unless the product arrives damaged or defective

  • If something arrives incorrect, damaged, or flawed, email us photos within 7 days of receiving your item

We’ll work with the printer to get you a replacement.

Digital products

All digital items are final sale.


5. Cancellations

Orders for physical products can only be canceled if they have not yet entered production. Once the order is being fulfilled, cancellation is not possible.

Digital orders cannot be canceled once the file is delivered.


6. Customer Accounts

Creating an account is optional.
If you choose to create one, you are responsible for keeping your login secure.
