All physical products are fulfilled on-demand via Printful or CustomCat, our production and shipping partners. Below is everything you need to know about how orders are shipped.


1. Processing Times

Each product is made-to-order.

Typical production time:
2–7 business days

During holidays or peak seasons, production times may be slightly longer.


2. Shipping Times

Shipping times vary based on destination:

  • US: typically 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

These estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, or high-volume seasons.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout using Printful and CustomCat’s live rates.

You will see the exact rate before completing your purchase.


4. Tracking

Most orders include tracking.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email.


5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged:

  1. Email support@lifewithkatwalsh.com

  2. Include your order number and photos (if applicable)

We’ll work with Printful and CustomCat to replace or resolve the issue.


6. Wrong Address Policy

If the shipping address entered is incorrect and the package is returned, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.


7. Digital Items

Digital downloads are delivered instantly and do not involve shipping.
