Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with the Life With Kat Walsh Shop.
Below you’ll find everything you need to know about refunds and returns.


1. Print-on-Demand Items

All physical products are created specifically for your order through Printful or CustomCat.

Because of this:

  • Returns are not accepted for size issues, buyer’s remorse, or fit

  • Returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly incorrect

If something is wrong with your order:

  1. Email support@lifewithkatwalsh.com within 7 days of delivery

  2. Include photos of the issue

  3. We’ll work directly with the print provider to replace the item


2. Digital Products

All digital items — including meditations, audio files, PDFs, or downloads — are final sale.

Once delivered, they cannot be refunded.

If you have any issue accessing your files, please reach out and we’ll resend the download.


3. Order Cancellations

Physical items

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet entered production.
Once production begins, the order cannot be changed or canceled.

Digital items

Digital purchases cannot be canceled once the file has been delivered.


4. Shipping Issues

If your order is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, email us:

We will help resolve the issue with Printful.
