Where the Dream Began.

In 2020, I stepped out from behind the scenes and launched Trip On This, my first creative leap and the project that changed everything. What began as a podcast about psychedelics and transformation opened the door to hosting events, brand collaborations and my journey as a DJ.

In 2022, I launched Life With Kat Walsh, a personal journal podcast exploring what it really means to live life differently and follow your dreams.

Trip On This remains alive as a timeless library of stories and conversations, the roots of my creative journey. It continues to inspire, even as I step into my next chapter with Kat’s Meow Podcast, the reimagining of Life With Kat Walsh and new evolution of my voice and vision.

Trip On This is a popular psychedelic podcast founded and hosted by Kat Walsh. Launched on December 13th, 2020, the show was designed to be an accessible bridge for those new to their psychedelic journey. The show explores a variety of topics like safe-use, spirituality and human potential, all while keeping the conversation approachable, fun and inspiring.

Trip On This has been featured in major outlets like Forbes and High Times, with Kat covering leading psychedelic conferences and festivals including MAPS’ Psychedelic Science and DoLab’s Lightning in a Bottle.

Through insightful discussions, Kat invites listeners to explore how psychedelics can transform their lives, guiding them toward a more vibrant, fulfilling reality.

In April 2022, Kat launched Life With Kat Walsh, a deeply personal podcast about living boldly, consciously and awake to life’s possibilities. Through intimate storytelling and reflection, Kat explores purpose, intuition and transformation, inviting listeners to trust their own unfolding journey.

Kat’s Meow Podcast is the reimagining of Life With Kat Walsh with a side of Trip On This flavor. Blending solo storytelling and guest conversations, the new podcast will explore personal transformation, psychedelic exploration, music, festival culture, and the latest in
tech innovation.

The first two seasons of Life With Kat Walsh are available on major platforms like YouTube and Spotify, and Kat’s Meow Podcast will be launching Q1 2026.
