Hosting

Creating conversations that uplift, inspire and illuminate.
I love people. I always have. That’s why hosting — both behind a camera and on a stage — has always come naturally for me. I genuinely want to welcome people into a space, into the conversation, into meaningful discovery.
I’ve hosted two original podcast shows, Trip On This and Life with Kat Walsh, where I’ve led in-depth conversations exploring psychedelics, consciousness and personal transformation. These platforms have earned recognition in major media outlets including Forbes and High Times, establishing me as a trusted voice at the intersection of psychedelics, culture and the everyday person.
Beyond the studio, I bring that same charismatic presence and curiosity to live stages, hosting and moderating panels for MAPS, Wonderland Miami and the Psychedelic Institute of Los Angeles, and emceeing cultural gatherings like District 216 and ReImagineLA with Alex and Allyson Grey.
Q&A with Kat
Q: What’s a dream project you’d love to host?
A: I’d love to host a television show that explores the intersection of psychedelics, consciousness and the great mysteries of existence — something that bridges science, spirituality and storytelling. Think Ancient Aliens meets How to Change Your Mind.
Q: What do you look for in collaborations?
A: Alignment. I work best with brands, producers and collaborators that value integrity, authenticity, creativity and joy. People who want to elevate culture, not just add noise.
Q: What’s your secret when it comes to hosting?
A: Humor, always. I love to keep things light, genuine and human. I have a big laugh, and I use it! I don’t take myself too seriously, which helps everyone relax and feel like they’re part of the moment.
