Do you accept returns?
Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective physical items.
All digital items are final sale.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Email support@lifewithkatwalsh.com within 7 days with photos.
We’ll replace it.
How long does shipping take?
US: 3–7 business days after production
International: 7–21 business days
Production takes 2–7 days before shipping.
Who fulfills the merchandise?
All physical products are fulfilled by Printful or CustomCat, global print-on-demand partners.
Where is my digital download?
Your digital item is delivered instantly by email.
Check your spam folder if you don’t see it.
Still missing? Email us and we’ll resend it.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Only if the physical item has not entered production.
Digital items cannot be canceled after delivery.
